I forgot to check my sugars this morning. I think I deliberately forgot because I was really bad yesterday evening and didn't take my insulin. Plus I ate pretzel M&M's, ice cream, kudos bars and an apple, along with lil' smokies in BBQ sauce. Damn I'm such a pig.
I stopped at McDonald's this morning. Got a sausage McGriddle with hash brown and large diet coke.
not the healthiest of meals, but I just couldn't face cereal and string cheese. I have got to convince myself that I can do better than that. I am hoping that this blog will convince me and help me keep track. I even set up a reminder at work to post every weekday.
Plus I need to be proud of meals I make that were healthy and yummy.
I will post again later today, and then it should only be one post a day. :)
